Abstract
PURPOSE:To conduct skin packaging without wrinkles on the surface by placing a blocking plate between heater and film, after heating the film by the heater, covering an object to be packaged with the film, and at the same time, bonding the film on the surface of bass plate to complete packaging. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a base plate 5, a heat seal layer 6 is formed; and an object to be packaged 4 is placed on the base plate 5. Above the base plate 5, a film 3 is kept horizontally; above the film 3, a heater 1 through a blocking plate 2 is arranged. The plastic film 3 is heated by operating the heater 1. Heating efficiency for the area under the blocking plate 2 becomes lower compared to the rest of the base plate; and the area excepting the part under the blocking plate 2 is further heat softened. By covering the object to be packaged with the heated film, and at the same time, heat sealing the film the surface of the base plate 5, the object to be packaged can be packaged. The upside of an object to be packaged 4 is hardly heated, therefore, wrinkles do not occur on the film and a fine looking packaging can be conducted.
