Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide high cleaning performance and to enable several times of repetitive use by enveloping paper and/or nonwoven fabric which contains a surface activating material and is in a dry state with paper and/or nonwoven fabric to a bag form. CONSTITUTION: This cleaner is formed by enveloping the paper and/or nonwoven fabric 1A which contains the surface activating material and is in the dry state with the paper and/or nonwoven fabric 2B of the outer layer to the bag form. The surface activating material is not particularly limited, for which surfactants used for ordinary known cleaners, etc., are usable. The layer impregnated with the cleaner liquid is in the dry state in such a manner and has the structure that the layer is sealed to the bag form by the easily removable outside layer and, therefore, the cleaner is usable with the extremely high cleaning performance simply by immersing the cleaner into water before use. Even more, the cleaner is a throw-away cleaner of a new type to allow reuse. At the time of reuse, the cleaner is usable further several times with the high cleaning ability by tearing and discarding the bag-shaped outside layer.
