CONSTITUTION:An insulation layer 3 extrusively coated on a conductor 1 is a thermal resistance polyester resin or its elastomer having nothing of a halogen system flame retardant, and a typical polyester resin of the layer 3 is polybutylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, or polyethylene terephtalate etc. Next, a layer 4 combining water-barrier, and thermal resistant, fireproof, and flame retardative properties is provided on the layer 3. This makes excellent thermal resistance and electrical insulation to be obtained, and leading work to be improved.
