The moving body exchange 4b sends a voice mail to the host office (toll exchange) 5a of the home service area 2a through a host exchange (toll exchange) 5b of a pay telephone network 5. Consequently, a subscriber 6 receives the latest position information on the moving body terminal 1 by voice at any time.
