Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent corrosion resistance and high coating bondability by providing a chromate film, and further a resin film mixed with specific additive on the top of the chromate film on a zinc-plated or zinc alloy-plated steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A chromate film is provided on a zinc-plated or zinc alloy-plated steel plate, and 0.3-3.0g/m<2> of adhering amount of a resin composition film in which hydrophobic silica of 99:1-30:70 by weight of organic polymer resin : hydrophobic silica, and 1-30pts.wt. of hard soluble Cr compound with respect to 100pts.wt. of organic polymer resin are mixed in organic solvent soluble organic polymer resin having 343-423 deg.K of glass transition temperature is formed on the top of the chromate film. THus, a high corrosion resistance plural layer coated plate having excellent workability, weldability, bare corrosion resistance, coating bondability for 2-layer coating, coating corrosion resistance, and low temperature curability is obtained.
