Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having a good appearance, excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, weathering resistance and heat resistance, by mixing a polycarbonate resin with a specified composite rubber graft copolymer and, optionally, a vinyl copolymer. CONSTITUTION:10-90wt.% polycarbonate resin (A) is mixed with 90-10wt.% total of a composite rubber graft copolymer (B) formed by graft-polymerizing at least one vinyl monomer with a composite rubber of a mean particle diameter of 0.08-0.6mum and having a structure in which 10-90wt.% polyorganosiloxane rubber and 90-10wt.% (100wt.% in total) polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber component are intertwined with each other and, optionally, a vinyl polymer (C) obtained by polymerizing 70-100wt.% at least one monomer selected from among an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, a methacrylate monomer and an acrylate monomer with 30-0wt.% vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith.
