Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the switching operation by integrating plural monolithic high frequency wide band amplifiers, incorporating input terminals into one terminal and applying a power source voltage to each of the amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:When either of power source voltages 11, 12 is applied, the other power voltage is subjected to external control so as not to be applied. Thus, one amplifier is set at all times and the other amplifier is turned off in the high frequency wide band amplifiers 11, 12 applied to a signal of DC SHF. Thus, the high frequency signal power inputted from the input 1 is sent to either an output 11 or an output 12. Thus, by switching the external power source in this way, the monolithic high frequency wide band switch is operated.
