A piezoelectric body for reception has a monolayer structure, and electrode 2'' and 2'' are formed on both surfaces of a piezoelectric body 1''. These wave-sending piezoelectric bodies and wave-receiving piezoelectric body are adhered to a packing material 4, and an acoustic matching layer 3 is formed on an ultrasonic radiating surface.
