Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve productivity by making manufacturing of a figure jig unnecessary and to prevent a rupture and deformation, by a method therein bending processing of a metallic tubular member is performed unitarily with a bending jig for a pipe, heating and cooling treatment is performed while reforming processing is performed as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A thremoplastic and comparatively soft resin of small-diameter and long-sized material 1, which has been cut into standard lengths and is like a comparatively small- diameter resin tuber, resin bar or a wire material, possesses about the same length as a metallic tubular member 2 having the inside diameter which is slightly larger than the outside diameter of the long-sized material 1 and constituting of soft steel or aluminum. The long-sized material 1 is inserted into the inside of said metallic tubular member 2, bending processing with a bending jig is performed and a desired monolithic bent form is obtained. Then heat treatment of the long-sized material 1, bend-molding of which has been performed, is heat- treated within a heat treatment furnace and the long-sized material 1 is cured by performing cooling treatment in succession. A bent is formed by generating restoration to the bent form a,t the normal temperature by pulling off the long-sized material 1 after about linear reforming processing has been performed by making use of a reforming machine as required.
