Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress unrequired mechanical vibration from being generated, by forming a notch at a plane at the lower electrode side of a piezoelectric body equivalent to the adhering plane of the conductive member of a transducer. CONSTITUTION:The plane at the lower electrode 3 side of the piezoelectric body 1 equivalent to the adhering plane of the conductive member 4 mounted on the upper electrode 2 of a transducer is notched in rectangular parallelepiped shape. A joint layer 6 consisting of soldering or conductive paste, etc., is turned to a notched part at the time of adhering the transducer by pressing on a delay medium 7, thereby, the thickness of only the notched part is increased. Therefore, the mechanical vibration leaked from a driving part sandwiched between the upper electrode 2 and the lower electrode 3 of the piezoelectric body 1 can be removed, and no propagation to the delay medium 7 is generated.
