Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a piezoelectric body with a high resonance frequency, by constituting a the piezoelectric body in such a way that the polarization inversion layer of the piezoelectric body segmented from a rotary X plate of lithium tantalate monocrystal rotated at an angle of rotation of 0+ or -10 deg. around either one side of a Y-axis or a Z-axis is formed a main plane on one side of its confronting main planes.
