Abstract

PURPOSE: To fix a balcony regardless of thickness of an external wall by providing a modesty panel on a horizontal member located in an indoor side with respect to an outer face of the external wall of upper and lower stories through a spacer and fixing a balcony abutted on an outer face of the modesty panel to the horizontal member through a spacer. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal member 12 having outer faces thereof disposed in an indoor side of an outer face of each external wall 10, 11 is provided between the external wall 10 of an upper story and the external wall 11 of a lower story. A modesty panel 13 is secured to the horizontal member 12 in such a manner as to be flush with the outer faces of the external walls 10, 11 through spacers 14a, 14b. A balcony 16 abutted on an outer face of the modesty panel 13 is secured to the horizontal member 12 through the spacers 14a, 14b. By this constitution, since the outer face of the modesty panel 13 becomes flush with the outer faces of the respective external walls 10, 11, the balcony 17 can be secured in a same finish regardless of thickness of the external walls 10, 11.
