を設け、これらの2つの本体ケースを合わせて円
形の孔を形成するものであると、ホース接続管を
さし込んだ場合この合わせた孔部の合わせ面が開
き、排気圧が低下したり、開いた部分から排気が
もれ使用者に故障ではないかという不安感を抱か
せるため、あえて、別部品としてホース接続管と
嵌合自在な円筒孔形状を有する集中排気口を設
け、この集中排気口を前記弁体と共に2分割した
本本ケースで挾持していた。第1図にこの従来例
を示す。1a,1bは本体ケース、2は弁体、3
は集中排気口であり、4は弁体2を集中排気口を

考案の構成
本考案の電気掃除機は、2分割される本体ケー

軸支部は、集中排気口に形成され、周壁の一部に
開口部を設けた軸受部と、弁体に形成され、上記
開口部より軸受部にはめ込まれるとともに、上記
バネ体を支持する軸部とで構成し、かつバネ体の
付勢力は、弁体の閉方向で、しかもその軸部を軸
受部の反開口部側へ押圧する方向に設定したもの
である。したがつて、この弁体の軸受けの構成に
より、本体ケースに組込む前に一度弁体、バネ
体、集中排気口を仮組みできるため、組立時の注
意も少なく、本体ケースに挾み込む時には単に仮
組みした上記の部品を挿入するだけで良く、軸中
心をひろう手間もない。しかも小部品の範囲で回
動部分を構成するため部品加工の歪みも部品の大
きさに比例して少なくてすみ、精度も特にうるさ
くなく、その上、一方を開放した軸受け部であ
り、細かな塵埃が混入しても、回動に何らの支障
も生じないといつたように、組立性の向上、部品
加工性の向上、作動の確実さをはかるものであ

には移動用前輪12が、上方には把手部13がそ
れぞれ設けられ、本体ケース5と集塵ケース7は
尾錠14により着脱自在となつている。そして上
記本体ケース5は中央面で分割した右ケース5a
と左ケース5bを結合することにより構成されて

いま、ブロアーとして用いる時には、第4図のよ
うに、ホース接続パイプ23を集中排気口15に
嵌合させることにより矢印dのようにホース内に
排気を集中させて導き送風できるものである。こ
の時弁体19により排気は分散排気口24の側へ
流れるのを防がれる状態となつている。なお、ホ
ース接続パイプ23を外せば第3図の元の状態へ
とコイルバネ17の付勢により弁体19は復帰

の組み込みは完了する。この時、コイルバネ17
の付勢によつて、弁体19の回動軸22は通常殆
ど集中排気口15の軸受部に回動自在に押圧保持
