The optical fiber 108 for forming the second optical transmission means couples optically an optical fiber light receiving part 107 and an optical fiber connector, and leads a light wave to immediately before the light receiving surface of a photodetector 122 attached directly or through a separate member (fitting plate 120) to a device body structure body 118.
