Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish voltage having predetermined magnitude quickly, by outputting a first voltage when it is rising and a second voltage from a second voltage output means upon rising of the first voltage through a voltage control means. CONSTITUTION:Upon rising of an input voltage V0, base current flows through a transistor 8 to turn it ON, while collector current flows to charge a capacitor 9. When the input voltage V0 increases, output voltage V2 increases with same waveform as that of the input voltage V0. Output voltage V1 also increases with same waveform as that of the input voltage V0. Upon increase of output voltage V3 from AVR4 with at time lag with respect to increase of the input voltage V0, voltage VZD2 lowers below voltage V3 to bias between collector and emitter of a transistor 8 reversely. Consequently, the transistor 8 is turned OFF while a diode 10 is turned ON thus establishing the output voltage V2 having predetermined magnitude.
