It is administered at a rate of 0.1-1g of the active component daily for adult once a day or in divided doses. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by reacting a compound of formula II (R<2> is protecting group) with a lithiation agent (e.g. lithium diisopropylamide), reacting the resultant compound of formula IV with an iodinating agent (e.g. I2) to obtain a compound of formula III and eliminating the protecting group from the obtained compound.
