Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a rich feeling and improve the quality by forming a U-shaped transporting passage out of an inner circumference conveyer having separators standing at a same pitch, and an outer circumference conveyer, and treating a fabric in a vessel for a treating liquid while intermittently conveying the fabric in a free state. CONSTITUTION: An inner circumference conveyer B and an outer circumference conveyer C are intermittently driven by the start of the driving so as to synchronize the amount of the supplied fabric. The interval of the intermittent drive is same as the attaching pitch of plural separators 5 of the inner circumference conveyer B, and a conveying speed and a stopping time are properly selected according to the kind of the fabric to be treated. The fabric F is supplied and taken out by a supplying apparatus D and a taking-out apparatus E within the stopping time of both the conveyers B and C. A prescribed amount of the treating liquid is supplied to a liquid-supplying tank 2. The fabric F in large amount is treated at a relaxed state and a rich feeling and improved quality are provided by intermittently conveying the fabric F in the vessel A of the treating liquid at the interval regulated by the separator 5 in the U-shaped conveying passage formed by both the conveyers B and C.
