Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispose accurately a jet block in a guide hole by providing a first locating hole in a seat section of a carbureter body and a second locating hole in the jet block with reference to the center of a needle jet. CONSTITUTION:An intake path 2 extending through a carbureter body 1 is provided with a throttle valve guiding hole 3 in which is slidably disposed a throttle valve 4 provided with a jet needle 12. The throttle valve guiding hole 3 opening to a lower recess in the carbureter body 1 is formed into generally same shape as the throttle valve 4 and provided in the side with a seat section 1B which is provided with a first locating hole 10. Also, the jet block 8 is provided with a second locating hole 11 at a fixed distance from the center of a needle jet 10. After mating both locating holes 10, 11 with each other, the jet block 8 is secured fixedly to the carbureter body 1 by a screw member 13.
