PURPOSE:To attain an N-fold of over-sampling regardless of the converting time of a D/A converting circuit by parallelly connecting the D/A converting circuit in plural numbers to the N-fold of an over sampling digital filter and adding the plural numbers of D/A converting circuit outputs. CONSTITUTION:Since the two numbers of D/A converting circuits 3 and 4, for example, are parallelly connected to the N-fold of a sampling frequency N.Fs and sampling data are D/A converted at every other circuit, the sampling frequency of the D/A converting circuit for one circuit can be made N/2.Fs. Further, an audio signal, which is outputted by adding the signal of the parallel D/A converting outputs in two numbers, goes to be the N-fold of a sampling frequency signal. Thus, the N-fold of the over sampling can be executed without being limited by the converting time of the D/A converting circuit.
