Abstract

PURPOSE:To change storing capacity according to the number of I/O cables to be stored into duct for I/O cable by allowing a slant plate bifurcating the top part of a cabinet into an upper and lower chambers to be retained at any angle position. CONSTITUTION:A slant plate 42 is installed within a surrounded body 12 while the inside of the surrounding body 12 is bifurcated into two parts by this slant plate 42, namely an upper chamber 44 and a chamber 46. The upper chamber 44 functions as a duct for I/O cables and the lower chamber 46 functions as a discharge channel for cooling air. Fixation-retention means are provided to fix and retain the slant plate 42 at a specified angle position and the lower edge of an arm member 48 is hinged at point C when the number of I/O cables is small. If the number of I/O cables is larger, the lower edge of the arm member 48 is hinged at point B. Also, if the number of I/O cables to be stored is the maximum, the lower edge of the arm member 48 is hinged at a part point A.
