Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize high resolution and accuracy by providing a V/F conversion means and converting an analog signal into a pulse signal having a corresponding frequency and counting the frequency of the pulse to be obtained and converting the result into a digital signal. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal from an input terminal 2 being a DC voltage of an object of conversion in an A/D converter 1 is given to a V/F converter 3, a pulse wave 4 converted into a frequency corresponding to an analog signal voltage is given to a microprocessor 5. The microprocessor 5 consists of a CPU, a ROM and a RAM conventionally and added with a memory 6 inputting a correction data in advance. Then, the microprocessor 5 counts the frequency of the pulse wave 4 to correct it and outputs a digital signal with respect to the input voltage. Thus, the conversion of the analog signal into a digital signal is applied with high accuracy and high resolution and the device is made small in size and inexpensive.
