Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain as secured titled device to prevent a damage from being applied to a mechanism by keeping a dust proof door in an unclosed state to move a movable tray from a first storing position to a second storing position, then, moving no locking part to a locking position but maintaining the dust proof door unclosed. CONSTITUTION:A lock mechanism 50 is provided for locking the dust proof door 27 into a closed state at the time of moving the tray 25 to a second storing position under an ordinary state, loading a disk with the dust proof door 27 unclosed, and permitting the dust proof door to stay to an unclosed state without forcibly closing the dust proof door at the time of moving the tray to the second storing position is disposed. Thereby at the time of mounting the disk on a reproducing position, of a finger is held between an opening part and the dust proof door 27, according to an unexpected operation, the safety is guaranteed the mechanism is not damaged but the dust proof door is effectively locked during the reproduction of the disk, and the operability is improved since it cannot be opened by hand.
