Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an operation having a superior starting property to be carried out when a cooling operation is energized by a method wherein a cooling coil having refrigerant of low temperature flowing therein within a refrigerant cycle at a heat source side is arranged at a refrigerant transporting device installed at a refrigerant cycle at a utilization side. CONSTITUTION: A cooling coil 13 during a refrigerant cycle of a cooling or heating device is arranged in a refrigerant transporting device 11 and a solenoid valve 14 causes refrigerant of low temperature to be flowed in the cooling coil 13 for a specified period of time. Accordingly, since gaseous refrigerant within the refrigerant cycle at the utilization side is liquefied within the refrigerant transporting device 11, an amount of circulation at the refrigerant cycle at the utilization side can be assured and its starting property can be improved. In addition, a plurality of refrigerant tanks 10 or cooling coils 13 may be installed and at the time of heating operation, the refrigerant of low temperature may be flowed in the cooling coil during heating operation.
