CONSTITUTION:The fluid fibrous preparation contg. the reinforcing fibers such as carbon, metal and ceramic, a binder such as colloidal silica, a thickener such as PVA and water is prepd. Said fibrous preparation 8 is packed into water-absorbent molds 5, 6 and 7 made of gypsum, etc., applied with the gelling agent of a formic acid, etc. The fibrous preparation 8 is uniformly and satisfactorily packed into every corner of the molds 5, 6 and 7. Said thickener is furthermore gelatinized by the gelling agent, by which the strength is increased and water is freed to be absorbed into the molds 5, 6 and 7.
