Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently separate water vapor by providing hollow threads on the surface wherein nonporous material consisting of acrylate containing fluorine is formed in the casing provided with an air taking-in opening, and connecting the taking-out openings of the permeating side and the nonpermeating side of membrane material each other with a condenser between. CONSTITUTION:Air is supplied from the air taking-in opening 12 into the casing 11, and the air exists between a supporting body 18 and an air intercepting wall 19. Water vapor and O2 are permeated and separated through porous hollow threads 16 on the outer surface wherein nonporous material consisting of acrylate containing fluorine is formed. O2-enriched air of high humidity is taken out from a 1st taking-out opening 13 through the inner parts of the hollow threads 16 and a flowing-out chamber 11c, while nonpermeating N2 is taken out as an N2-enriched air from a 2nd taking-out opening 14 through connecting openings 18a. The O2-enriched air of high humidity is flowed through the condenser 5 to remove the water component and mixed with the N2-enriched air of low humidity.
