Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve reliability by jointing a clutch case and a pump case to form an enclosed chamber for receiving/storing lubricant and communicating a hydraulic pump with a clutch piston when a clutch is engaged. CONSTITUTION:A clutch case 107 and a pump case 108 are jointed to form an enclosed chamber. A solenoid changeover valve 126 fixed to the clutch case 108 is communicated with an oil pump 123 through first and second conduits 128, 129 and further communicated with the operating chamber of a clutch piston 120 through third conduit 130. Upon operation of the oil pump 123, oil is fed through the first conduit 128, and when power is fed to the changeover valve 126, the clutch is engaged and oil is fed through the changeover valve 126 and the third conduit 130 into the operating chamber of the clutch piston 120.
