Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent poor influence to the circumference and to perform smooth operation by supplying a liquefied gas to a concrete component material and sucking white smoke that is generated when cooling concrete and guiding it to an electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 23 at the tip of a cooling nozzle device 20 is inserted into a drum 11 that is mounted to the chassis of a track mixer 10, and liquid nitrogen is injected to it and is supplied to a concrete material being kneaded. Then, nitrogen gas that is vaporized to become white smoke and try to diffuse into the atmosphere from a hopper part 12 is guided to an electric dust collector 30 via a duct 37 before being separated into transparent air, waterdrops, and ice crystals.
