Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the impedance matching between input and output by connecting the 1st FET of common gate and the 2nd FET of common drain connection having plural gate electrodes and plural source electrodes in cascade so as to isolate the input and output and plural outputs electrically. CONSTITUTION:The source and drain electrodes, plural gate and source electrodes and plural source electrodes in the 1st field effect transistor (FET) 22 and the 2nd FET 23 are isolated electrically. Thus, the input microwave line 21 and plural output microwave lines 24, 25 and plural output microwave lines 24, 25 are respectively isolated separately. Since the 1st FET 22 and the 2nd FET 23 have impedance converting action, the impedance is matched between the input microwave line 21 and plural microwave lines 24, 25.
