材上に固定されフランジを有する筒体と、この筒
体のフランジおよび前記入力回転部材のボスに保
持されこれら両保持部間に空隙を有するスリーブ
と、このスリーブと前記フイールドコアとの間に
傾動自在に設けられ移動側端部に突子を有するス
リーブ回転阻止用のアーマチユアとを備え、前記
スリーブを、各々が互いに大小異なる口径をもつ
内外２つのスリーブによつて構成し、これら両ス
リーブのアーマチユア側端面に前記突子を係合可
能な係合溝を設けると共に、各内周面に軸中心方
向に開口する切欠きを形成し、これら両切欠き内
に各端部を係止するコイルスプリングを前記ボス
の外周面および前記筒体の外周面に装着し、この
コイルスプリングによつて前記両スリーブには各
々が互いに逆向きの回転力が付与されていること
