Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid transfer of attracted two lead frames, unnecessitate a drying process, improve productivity and save energy and space, by arranging an air nozzle nearly at the middle position between the highest stage of an accommodation box and a second lead frame, and forcibly separating the lead frames. CONSTITUTION:Lead frames 1 on which water components attach are stacked and accommodated in an accommodation box 2, and a plurality of air extracting holes 2a are arranged between the lead frames 1 on the highest stage and on the second stage. A pad 4a to suck the lead frame 1 is fixed in the removable manner at the top end of an arm. An air nozzle 6 is arranged at the nearly middle position between the lead frames 1 on the highest stage and on the second stage, so as to face an air extracting hole 2a and be able to freely rotate.
