Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel spinneret of simple structure, producing no fused fibers even in dry spinning of high delivery with multiple threads, thus enabling stable spinning process, by arranging many spinning holes at specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:The objective nozzle (spinneret) 1 can be obtained by arranging a plural of spinning holes 2 so that the intervals between adjacent holes 2 become larger toward the center of the nozzle 1 and smaller toward the periphery thereof. When the holes 2 are to be arranged annularly on the concentric circles with the center of the nozzle as the center, the arrangement is pref. such as to satisfy the following relationships: (1) 1<=L1<=4.2, (2) 1<=Ln+1/Ln<=1.5, (3) 1<=Dn/Ln+1<1.5, where: Ln interval between adjacent holes on the n-th concentric circle from the periphery of the nozzle, Dn distance between the n-th concentric circle and (n+1)th one.
