Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded container generating no slackening as a whole regardless of the magnitude of a molding height and capable of holding high rigidity, by performing lamination molding using a resin laminated aluminum foil restricted in local elongation as a base material. CONSTITUTION:A resin laminated aluminum foil wherein a non-stretched resin film having a thickness of 50mum or more is laminated to at least the single surface of an aluminum foil is used as a base material to perform lamination molding so that the ratio of a molding height and a mold clearance becomes 1 or more and local elongation of the base material is restricted to the max. 40% or less. Therefore, a container having no slackening on the side wall part thereof as a whole and excellent in rigidity can be formed. At this time, when local elongation is 40% or less, a thickness capable of yet keeping rigidity even when the thickness of the base material is reduced is secured but, when exceeds 40%, the keeping of rigidity becomes impossible at least and slackening is generated.
