Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable disposing and wiring a molecular chain by disposing and wiring the chain mounted on a substrate by employing a tungsten stylus as forceps. CONSTITUTION:Means for disposing and wiring a molecular chain disposed on a substrate with a tungsten stylus as forceps, and means for mounting the chain on a step formed on the substrate are provided. For example, the molecular chain 4 is engaged or pressed by the stylus or the like attached to the state of a scan tunnel microscope and made at one end of one atom on the substrate 1 with a crystalline lattice 2 as a mark to be disposed and wired on the substrate 1. Thus, the chain can be disposed and wired.
