Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the size and cost of an instruments by providing control means for dispensing different volumes of standard sample liquids and a specified volume of analyzing reagents and forming a calibration curve by the standard sample liquids of the fewest possible kinds. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 20, a standard sample liquid table 1 which holds vessels 2 for the standard sample liquids corresponding to respective analysis items, a sampling mechanism 3, and an analyzing reagent dispenser 10 which dispenses the analyzing reagents from a reagent housing 11, etc., are provided on the titled instrument. The mechanism 3 selects and sucks the standard sample liquid corresponding to the analysis item and injects the liquid into a reaction tube 7 when the circuit 20 is set at a calibration curve forming mode. Thereafter, the dispenser 10 dispenses the analyzing reagent corresponding to the analysis item into the same tube 7 and moves the tube 7 to the position between a light source 8 and a spectroscope 9, by which the absorbancy as the concn. of the standard sample is obtd. The absorbancy is stored in the circuit 20. After the measurement data on the plural concns. are obtd. while the volumes of the standard sample liquids are changed, the calibration curve is formed in accordance with the stored data.
