Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the operation of bucket easier by a method in which a control valve to control boom and bucket cylinders is provided, a coupler is provided for the spool of bucket control valve, and the coupling is automatically released when the bucket reaches a given angle to the boom. CONSTITUTION:Under a condition that damping condition is set at a max. rising position of boom, an operating lever 14 is slightly operated from neutral position N to lowering direction, and then scooping direction. Hereupon, a coupler 38 is coupled with a coupler 39 to lock the lever 14 at the scooping position. When the bucket turns upwards to reach an angle at which it can contact with the bottom face horizontally, the engaging of the coupler 39 is released through a push and pull wire 45. When a spool 18 is returned to neutral position, the rotation of bucket is automatically stopped and the lever 14 returns to neutral position. When the lever 14 is then operated to lowering direction, the bottom of the bucket cam land on the ground horizontally. The cost of production can thus be reduced.
