Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the replacing time of a magazine by providing a magazine giving/receiving means between a buffer for temporarily holding a magazine and the side of a stocker for giving/receiving magazines housed in it to and from an article take-out position. CONSTITUTION:Filled magazines Mzf in a stacked condition which are conveyed by means of an unmanned vehicle 1 are translocated onto a buffer B and temporarily stored on it. On the other hand, a stocker S houses plural magazines Mz each for a different type of parts, and is lifted up/down in accordance with an assembling order to draw out a corresponding magazine Mz onto a draw-out table T10, to feed parts to an assembling part R2 by means of a robot. And, when the number of parts in the magazine Mz is reduced, the buffer B is lifted up/down to separate and place a corresponding filled magazine Mzf on a hook B11 to deliver it to an elevator part E. The, when the number of parts becomes zero, the stocker S is lifted up to replace the empty magazine Mze with the filled magazine Mzf by the elevator part E and the empty magazine Mze is laminatedly discharged into the unmanned vehicle 1.
