CONSTITUTION:Many conveying rollers 16A, which convey multilayer interconnection boards 11 horizontally, are arranged in parallel in a chemical treating well 14 and a water washing well 15 in a feeding and moving chamber. The inside of the chemical treating well 14 is divided into a plurality of compartments with partitioning plates 14a. A chemical circulating nozzle 14b is arranged at the bottom part of each compartment. Chemical is supplied from a chemical storing well 17 with a chemical circulating pump 17a. Jet nozzles 14c, which jet the stream of the chemical, in the vertical direction against the multilayer interconnection board 11, are arranged in close proximity of the conveying rollers 16A in the vicinities of the input port and the output ports of the chemical treating well 14. Thus smear can be removed positively. The cleaning can be performed effectively and continuously with a plurality of the treating chemicals.
