Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve printing accuracy, by performing the printing of an CuInSe2 solar battery, which is formed by the repetition of the printing and baking of paste by using drawing printing. CONSTITUTION:All or one or more printings for forming each film of a Cds/ CuInSe2 compound photovoltaic element are performed as follows. Paste is discharged on a board to be printed through a nozzle 9 at the tip part of a tank 10, which is filled with the paste 3. The pattern is drawn based on computer control. The distance between the nozzle 9 of a drawing machine and the board is kept constant with a sensor or a suitable jig. Therefore dispersion in film thickness depending on places is decreased even for the board having a large area. The printing accuracy is improved to a large extent by numerical control (NC).
