Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a low cost bath hot water feeding facility by a method wherein a water heating thermal conducting pipe is arranged at a discharging port of an upper part of a boiler chamber of a bath furnace, one end of the water feeding and heating thermal conducting pipe is connected to a main thermal conducting pipe and two automatic circulation lines connected to a bath tub are opened or closed in response to an application. CONSTITUTION:An inner configuration of a bath furnace is composed of a water feeding and heating thermal conducting pipe 1 arranged an upper part of a bath furnace, a main thermal conducting pipe 2 to be used in all hot water applications such as a hot water feeding, an additional heating and a shower etc., a main burner 3, a sub-burner 4, and an ignition burner 5 for igniting the main burner. For example, in the case of performing the additional heating, as an additional heating start switch 37 for a control monitoring box 34 is turned on, an adjusting valve 27 fixed to an upper automatic circulation line 26 is opened, an adjusting valve 28 fixed to a lower automatic circulation line 29 is opened, a gas supplying valve 8 for the main burner is opened to ignite the main burner. This sequence is made such that if a water level of the bath tub 12 is less than a set value, the main burner is not ignited. If a water temperature of the bath tub 12 reaches a desired value, an additional heating stop switch is turned on to eliminate the fire of the main burner.
