Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve dispersion state of mixed liquids by pre-mixing a fluid of high viscosity with a fluid of low viscosity at a connecting position of a first and a second piping, thereby causing final mixing by means of a line mixer to be carried out more completely. CONSTITUTION:A first piping 2, provided with a first pump 3 to deliver under pressure a fluid of high viscosity stored in a hopper 1, is connected with a second piping 6, provided with a second pump 7 to send under pressure a liquid of low viscosity, and a line mixer 11 is installed in a third piping 10 to combine the fluids of high and low viscosity to deliver them, whereby fluids of high and low viscosity are mixed. And pre-mixing is conducted between the fluids of high and low viscosity at the connecting position of the piping 2 and 6. Further, a first operation valve 4 and a second operation valve 8 provided respectively in a piping 2 between said connecting position and the pump 3 and a piping 6 between said connecting position and a pump 7, and a third operation valve 12 provided in a piping 10 at a downstream of the line mixer 11 are operated to be opened or closed simultaneously with operation and stopping of the pumps 3, 7. Consequently, products of uniform quality can be produced.
