Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve durability by constituting a 2nd high-refractive index film positioned on an outer side of TiO2 having a relatively high refractive index and selecting the optical film thickness of at least one film among the 1st and 2nd high-refractive index films and low-refractive index film interposed therebetween at the value shifted by a prescribed rate. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd high-refractive index film 13 positioned on the outside is constituted of the TiO2 having the relatively high refractive index (n) of 2.45-2.55 as TiO2 and, therefore, the film quality thereof is dense and the low-refractive index film 12 and the 1st high-refractive index film 11 are consequently effectively protected against the mechanical stresses from the outside. The optical film thickness of at least one film among the 1st high-refractive index film 11, the low-refractive index film 12 and the 2nd high-refractive index film 13 is selected at the value deviated by the prescribed rate from (1/4)Xlambda0 (lambda0: the central wavelength of incident light spectra) to decrease the increase in the reflectivity generated by using the film having the relatively high refractive index and, therefore, this reflecting mirror has the desired reflectivity characteristic and antidazzle function.
