Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep the temp. of a heater at a preset temp. properly at all times by installing a setting device for the inside temp., a temp. detector measuring the inside temp., and a modulation circuit for pulse width controlling an output circuit supplying intermittently the output of a high frequency A.C. power source. CONSTITUTION:When the temp. in a pipe 2 is set at a desired temp. by a temp. setting device 7, the device 7 computes the difference between the temp. in the pipe 2 detected by a temp. detector 6 and the preset temp. and feeds it into a modulation circuit 8 for pulse width. The circuit 8 controls an output circuit 9 which controls the duty factor of high frequency voltage pulse applied to a high frequency induction coil 5 from a high frequency A.C. power source 10 and the temp. in the pipe 2 is controlled to become the temp. preset by the device 7.
