Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the system cost and an installation space, and increase cleaning effect by performing in succession purified air cleaning and hot water cleaning of a printed circuit board in an air cleaning part, a hot water cleaning part, and an air drying part with use of an exclusive filter in a circulation process of air and water, and drying the board by warm air. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaning device 9 blows pressurized air from a nozzle 12 against a printed circuit board 8 placed on a roller conveyor 7 from the upper and lower portions to blow off foreign matter such as dust, etc., adhered on the board 8. The foreign matter is captured by a high performance filter 14. A hot water cleaner 10 is operated such that hot water stored in a hot water tank 21 reaches a water pump 18 through a suction line 22 where the hot water is then sent out as power water to a high performance filter 19 where the power water is further purified by filtration, changed to hot water, and sprayed from spray nozzles 17, 17 for simultaneously cleaning both upper and lower surfaces of the printed circuit board 8. A dryer 11 is operated such that fresh air heated by an air heater 31 is purified to warm air through a fan 29 and a high performance filter 30, which warm air is blown as pressure warm air against the printed circuit board 8 placed on the roller conveyor 7 through nozzles 28, 28 from above and below.
