CONSTITUTION:A switching regulator power-supply circuit is composed of a switching transistor driving circuit 5, a driving signal controlling circuit 6, a sweep signal generating circuit 7, an adder 8, an output voltage smoothing capacitor 9 and a coil 10, a switching transistor(Tr) 11, a commutating diode 12, and the like. From the sweep signal generating circuit 7, the output of sweep signal for changing the speed of the ON/OFF-control of said driving circuit 5 continuously with a specified period is directed to the adder 8. Then, S/N is prevented from being deteriorated by the frequency of the driving signal of the Tr 11, and even in case that it is used, for example, as the power-supply unit of a frequency multiplying telephone signal transmitter, the deterioration of S/N is extremely reduced.
