Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the production process and to improve a surface wavy component by forming a thin film of rubber or ink, etc., by printing or coating atop a turn table. CONSTITUTION:The thin film 3 of the rubber-like elastic material or ink, etc., is formed by printing or coating atop 2 the turn table 1. So-called rubber glue is first prepd. by dissolving unvulcanized rubber with a solvent and the ink is prepd. to the ink of an adequate viscosity in the case of printing. The thin film 3 is formed by a screen printing method using a silk screen or tampon printing method, etc., using such rubber glue or ink. This material is preferably coated by spraying on the turn table in the case of coating. The thin film is thereby formed by the same method on the turn tables made of both metals and plastics. The production process is thus simplified and the accuracy of the surface wavy component is enhanced.
