止孔１５に連なる係止腔１６内に横動自在にした
係止体１９を内装し、その係止体１９と前記係止
腔１６との間にスプリング２０を介装して係止体
１９を前記係合片１０に係合すれば施錠状態とな
る方向に圧動しておき、また前記係止腔１６の一
部で軸支するハンドル２１を雌型部材８の外面に
開口する係止腔１６を閉鎖するようにしそのハン
ドル２１に設けたクランク爪２２を前記係止体１
９の一部に枢接し、ハンドル２１の回動を係止体
１９の後退作用に伝達できるようにした雌型部材
８と前記雄型部材７とを組み合せて一組の結束具
