Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The control part 6 controlling the feeding current to a power source part 5 and heating chip 2 and the command circuit 7 executing the command of voltage and current are arranged inside a reflow power source 4. In the case of using the reflow power source 4 by incorporating it into an IC packaging device, the characteristics of the resistance value, etc., of the heating chip 2 and copper wires 3A, 3B at the power source input time are measured by a command circuit 7. In this case, the optimum output pattern of the voltage and current is automatically decided by the circuit 7 based on the preset heating temp. of the chip 2, its rise time and over chute regulation value. The voltage and current setting at the heating chip 2 change time and preliminary test is thus made unnecessary. Consequently the rearrangement of a soldering equipment is facilitated.
