Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the tiled composition exhibiting excellent long activity, residual activity and controlling effect without causing phytotoxicity to rice plant, by using thiazolyloxyacetamides and at least one kind of compound selected from pyrazoles, propionanilides, triazines, etc., as active components. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains, as active components, (A) thiazolyloxyacetamides of formula I (R<1> is fluorine, etc.; R<2> is 1-4C alkyl, etc.; R<3> and R<4> are 1-4C alkyl, etc.) and at least one kind of compound selected from (B) pyrazoles of formula II (X is H or methyl; R<5> is group of formula III, etc.), (C) propionanilides of formula IV (R<6> is group of formula V, etc.), (D) triazines of formula VI (R<7> is 2-5C alkyl), (E) acetamides of formula VII, (F) sulfonyls, (G) phenyl ethers and (H) phenoxycarboxylic acids. The amounts of the components B, C, D, E, F, G and H are preferably 6-24pts.wt., 20-28pts. wt., 1.5-6pts.wt., 4.0-16pts.wt., 0.07-1.3pts.wt., 7-8pts.wt. and 0.8-3.2pts.wt. per 1pt.wt. of the component A, respectively.
