Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress phase distortion and amplitude distortion to be produced on a round trip signal by providing a transmitting system correcting circuit on a transmitting system, and also, providing a receiving system correcting circuit on a receiving system. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting system correcting circuit 124 is provided on a transmitting system 12. In such a transmitting system correcting circuit 124, a correction data string whose characteristic is opposite to a distortion characteristic supplied to a transmitting signal by each constituting circuit of the transmitting system 12 is stored, and an adapted correction data is selected from the correction data string stored in accordance with the output of the transmitting system 12, and supplied to the transmitting signal. Also, a receiving system correcting circuit 164 is provided on a receiving system 16. In such a receiving system correcting circuit 164, a coefficient data string whose characteristic is opposite to a distortion characteristic supplied to the receiving signal by each constituting circuit of the receiving system 16 is stored, and calculated with a coefficient data train corresponding to a receiving signal obtained by the receiving system 16. According to them, a phase distortion and an amplitude distortion of a passing signal generated in the transmitting system 12 and the receiving system 16 can be suppressed.
