Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a magnetic flux generating section by molding insulating resin in a space between a yoke and a coil which is formed by the winding thickness of an insulating tape while being contained in a coil housing so as to secure the coil onto the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A space 15 is formed by the winding thickness of an insulating tape 8 between both the inner wall and bottom of the housing section 4 of a yoke 5 and a coil 6 so as to mold insulating resin 7 such as epoxy resin and the like in the aforesaid space 15. This constitution not only lets insulating resin 7 provide enough insulating properties between the coil 6 and the yoke 5 but also secures the coil 6 onto the yoke 5 wherein a distance 16 kept away enough to provide insulating properties is secured by the winding thickness of the insulating tape 8. The molding of insulating resin 7 into the space 15 therefore may attempt the improvement of both the reduction in use of the insulating tape 8 and the workability of taping, thereby enabling the manufacturing cost of a magnetic flux generating section 3 to be reduced.
